We headed to Manassas this weekend for their sidewalk sale and farmers market. We also got to see a car show as well. Sidewalk sale was very disappointing, but the farmers market was wonderful. It was a fun Saturday morning outing.

History: In 1861, the First Battle of Manassas – also widely known as the First Battle of Bull Run – the first major land battle of the American Civil War, was fought near here. Second Manassas (or the Second Battle of Bull Run) was fought near here on August 28-30, 1862.
They used several of these locomotive tires around town in the
early 1900's to alert the town of a fire.
