6 Months

I'm sure we could say this every month, but wow...6 months. Can't believe how time has flown. No longer does it feel unnatural to say "my daughter". She's getting so big and learning new stuff every day. It's so great watching her grow during this time. She is learning so much and soaking everything in. She is 15lbs and 25in - we have dropped a little to the 30% percentile in both, but still healthy and doing great.

Daddy was playing around with the new camera and caught
this one of me in a familiar pose. Just hangin out here in my bouncy
seat laying on my super soft blanket.

Just me and mommy bein cute one morning.

I love hanging out in this toy. I can work on my leg muscles
and there is so many different toys to play with. Daddy sometimes
lets me watch football while I'm in this.

Me and Daddy before he leaves for work. I'm
showing off my new kicks.

Evey's First Christmas

Christmas Day was a great time with family. We got to have Christmas morning in The Woodlands at Grandma and Grandpa Janisse's house and then an awesome Christmas lunch at Uncle Joe and Aunt Mary's house. While Evey didn't totally understand what was going on, she had a good time seeing all that family and she has LOVED a lot of the toys and learning things she received.

Here's everyone ready for Christmas Eve service.

Here's me and Daddy on Christmas morning.
I'm ready to open presents.

Me and my doggy hangin on the couch.

Look at this pretty sock with my name on it...oh and it
has goodies for me inside. This is great.

So the presents are cool and all, but this ribbon in my mouth is awesome.

Uncle Ryan may be funny lookin but he's pretty nice to me.

Here's my Grandma Alexa. She doesn't like being called Grandma though.

She was so nice to let me sit at the Christmas table with her
and watch her eat. All of that stuff looked so good, I just wish
I was ready for solid foods so I could taste.

This was me and GrandBob a couple days before Christmas.
I missed GrandBob at Christmas lunch but he was feeling bad.
He makes me smile though.
