Easter

Evey and I went to The Woodlands for a long Easter weekend. My good friend Kathryn got married. I had a wonderful time hanging with friends and Evey had a blast with Grandpa and LaLa. We were both exhausted when we got home last night.

Grandpa keep putting this doggie on my head and
I thought it was hilarious

Jumperoo

Her favorite thing to do at Grandpa and Lala's house...This was so funny. She looked like she was doing ballet with her feet.

8 Months

Evey turned 8 months on Monday. She is still such a great baby. She is a great eater and sleeper. She loves everything I have given her so far...sweet peas are still her favorites. We have tried butternut and acorn squash with nutmeg, spinach, zucchini, sweet potatoes, bananas, apple sauce, lentels, and tofu. We have so much more to try. (For the record, I would really like to encourage those with little ones out there to make your own food. It is super easy. I feel like she is learning the real tastes of foods. Plus at 8 months you can start adding in spices for a whole new thing. I am really having fun with it. )

She sleeps 6:30 to 6:30...of course I still wake her up at 11pm to feed her cause of her MCAD, but she can go 8 hours now with out eating. She loves to stand. She tries to pull up on everything. She is even making a little more effort in the crawling department. She learned DaDa and was saying it a lot before James left. So now we teach her MaMa!

Visitors

We had visitors before Daddy left for work...GrandBob, Alexa, Aunt Heather and Aunt Laren. We had a good time. It was a beautiful weekend. Thanks for coming to see me.

It's too bad I am not a happy baby :)

Snow in Frisco

Here are several pictures of the house from the dump of snow we got a couple of weeks ago.

There were lots and lots of snowmen in our neighborhood
