Galveston

Last weekend, Evey and I ventured out to Galveston to visit James's dad's family. It was a wonderful trip. Evey had a great time playing, looking at fish and (her favorite) feeding the sea gulls with GrandBob. We had our first MCAD incident. Thursday night Evey threw up a couple of times...didn't want anything so popcicle seemed to work to keep her blood sugar up. Then Friday she was feeling yucky. Saturday she seemed fine, but Sunday she woke up with blood sugar of 32 (should be 70-100)...not good very scary. She drank straight apple juice and then had her bottle so she ended up being fine. I guess it was pretty mild for her first episode so it was a good learning experience. Apparently, when there body is depleated from being really sick then you need to feed them more often for several days and I didn't know that. She is fine no damage so we are okay. Then to top it off...Tuesday she had teeth break through. I'll get pictures as soon as I can see them good with the camera.

Plumeria (sp?) smells so nice and it is such a pretty flower.

GrandBob got me this new toy...I love it...it will be even more fun
when I figure out I need to chase the balls to get them back in the popper. Doesn't GrandBob's
hands look huge compared to Evey's little head?
