Dora Party was a huge success!
Pre-party preparations:
The kids helped me paint the fishing pond. I took off Austin's cloth diaper and he immediately stepped in wet paint, slipped and coated his back side.
I made Dora backpacks for all the kids
First the kids decorated their binocular or telescopes that I had prepared from toilet paper and paper towel rolls.
I read the letter from Dora asking the kids to help her find her missing stars and then the map showing them where to go...Butterfly Garden...Fishing Pond...Pinata Playground

Evey found one of the stars in Butterfly Garden
Once they found all the stars, they kids ran over to fishing pond.
Mom and Zach were baiting the fish...prizes and stars for each of the kids
Next Pinata playground...2 pull string pinatas with fun Dora candy
The kids played on the bounce house we borrowed from a neighbor while J grilled up some lunch
