Feta and Spinach Turkey Burgers

Some of you already have this recipe, but I made it again the other night and it is wonderful and so so simple. Enjoy, makes 4 large patties

• 1 egg, beaten
• 1 clove of garlic, minced
• 2 ounces feta cheese
• roughly 5 ounces frozen spinach (thawed and squeezed dry)
• a dash of paprika (adjust to your liking)
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1 lb of ground turkey

• Lightly oil a grill pan (or an outdoor grill)

• Mix together eggs, garlic, feta cheese, spinach, paprika, and turkey in a large bowl until well combined; add salt and pepper to taste.
• Form into 4 patties and cook on grill pan, on medium heat, until no longer pink in the center, about 15-20 minutes.
